At BCITS, we work with our clients to identify and develop resources they need to live independently, safely and well.
This 2010 Guide is for people who are at a turning point in their lives and want to live independently in the community. There are many pieces to the puzzle of a successful transition. We focus on the pieces we think are most crucial, and provide information on where and how to find out more [links to resources are live in the PDF]. Turning Point was created with lots of input from our BCITS Peer Group –people with disabilities who've made the transition to living in the community.
